1,Polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated pipe compensator (also known as expansion joint) , eliminate the vibration of the pipeline system, the operating temperature of -50 ~ 150 ℃.

2, the placement of the compensator pipeline must be properly oriented and firm in order to make the compensator work.

3, in order to make the bellows in a good state of affairs,Placement can not use the deformation of the compensator, to correct the placement error of the pipe system position, higher than 150 ℃.

4、After the compensator is placed, compensator placement over the details

a, the compensator placement should be held according to the pipe system construction drawings and compensator placement clarification requirements, before the system runs to remove all the yellow painted transport firm screw, so the guide and firm bracket settings must be held in strict accordance with the relevant technical information of the planning department.

b, the compensator with the corrugated tube is formed with thin-walled stainless steel plate;

c, should be placed before cleaning the bellows and foreign objects in the pipeline. Therefore, in transport, lifting and welding period to be careful not to knock, scratch, arcing, welding spatter and other reasons to make the bellows damage.

d, the compensator with flow requirements should be placed in accordance with the requirements of the media flow arrow, against the guiding, firm bracket setting principle.
